FETCH! operates across the United States, now serving about 1000 cities and towns. The concept arose from Paul’s personal situation when he couldn’t find a quality service provider near his home. A love of animals combined with a solid business background to create FETCH! and since then help his new business concept grow very quickly through a franchising system. The pet care company has since grown into the a nationwide franchise with 49 locations coast to coast.

Paul Mann is the Founder and President of FETCH! Pet Care, the largest pet sitting franchise in the United States, with 49-plus locations serving more than 900 cities and towns from coast to coast. Mann founded FETCH! Pet Care in 2002 as a San Francisco Bay Area local pet sitting and dog walking service, and, after experiencing rapid growth and profitability, launched this first-of-its-kind franchise-based business in 2004. Through Mann�s leadership, FETCH! Pet Care has established itself as the nation�s largest and most sophisticated professional pet care network. In his current capacity, Mann oversees all FETCH! Pet Care franchise sales, corporate marketing and communications, as well as franchisee training and support.

Mann earned his B.S. in Packaging Engineering in 1989 from the Rochester Institute of Technology and has completed multiple areas of business coursework with the American Management Association.
