Success in the Hispanic Marketplace
This week’s guest appeared on Business Success Coaching late last year. Her first appearance was very popular and we think this one will be equally interesting for those who have an interest in the Hispanic marketplace.
Yolanda Macias, Vice President of Business Development and Acquisitions with Universal Music’s video arm joins John today to discuss issues and opportunities within this market segment.
In the 90s, Ms. Macias led DIRECTV through a successful launch into Hispanic programming and marketing. That company became one of the early national telecommunications companies to succeed as a result of her work. She discusses that period, current opportunities, and answers questions sent to us about their specific employment situations in this program.
