The discussion covers succeeding in a large organization, new business start ups, and the future for women in the workplaces of corporate America.
Otterman joined ESPN, a Disney Company, in 2003. Prior to this role, she was Vice President of Marketing for Modern Media which she moved to after a period with ad agency Ogilvy and Mather.

A dedicated citizen of New York City, Sharon is a busy executive who has successfully figured out how to balance career and marriage while keeping up with leisure activities which include bike riding, wine tasting, and walking her bulldog. Otterman has a BS in Corporate Communications from Ithaca College and an MBA from New York University.
